The correct format is `OLD-PATH WS NEW-URL WS HTTP-STATUS-CODE`. There were incorrect lines in this file that put the HTTP status code before the new URL. fix sourcegraph/sourcegraph#1969
Removes extra spaces that introduced vertical alignment. It is easier to see the expected format when there is not vertical alignment, which reduces the likelihood of issues like sourcegraph/sourcegraph#1969.
