I started incorporating the enhancements from #105
So far, these include fixing the all module assumption, fixing the EFFEXPTM calculation, incorporating all checks for dark.fits files (for those observations with EXP_TYPE=NRC_DARK), and verifying the APT Subarray is consistent with the header APERNAME.
I'll keep updating this pull request as more enhancements are added.
