This PR adds a long overdue update to the blog and lots of dependency updates. Several notes:

  • The latest versions of Node packages del and gulp-imagemin are now pure ESM packages. Keeping them at versions 6.X for del and 7.X for gulp-imagemin for now. If I move to ESM, I can upgrade them.
  • Didn't try to upgrade Tailwind from 2.X to 3.X. Maybe another day...
  • Would have liked to try to upgrade from Ruby 2.X to 3.X, but the Middleman executable wasn't available, and the normal asdf reshim ruby wasn't solving the problem.
