What is the Problem? Its a Complete new Blazor Template. I dont get it. can you help me?

It looks like a problem with prerendering in server-side blazor. According to my Ci, my test app in my repo did not have an issue. I won't be able to investigate for a few days (vacation). Could you clone this repo and try to run the test app and compare it with what you have? (TestApps/RazorComponentsTestApp/BlazorContextMenu.RazorComponentsTestApp/)
