FEATURES:
Initial release of cluster storage module which addresses the attachment of portworx instance to a VPC cluster.
- Read VPC cluster & get the number of worker nodes attached to it.
- Create volume & attach to each worker node.
- Create portworx instance and attach to a cluster.
