Attention: targets the update-dependencies-for-ol-and-react branch!

Updates all dependencies to their latest versions, noteable changes:

  • update to ol 10.
  • update to eslint 9 (including several lint fixes).

In addition:

  • fix invalid devEngines block in the package.json
  • enable typechecks in the *.spec files

Please review @terrestris/devs.
