Simplertest is a Drupal 7 plugin for developers who wish to run single test cases from their test classes using the web UI of the CMS.
It adds a link to every row in the test list that allows to select one or more test methods and only execute those.
There are a few known issues tracked in the github issue tracker, the code is not production ready but works well enough to be used in development.
