Attempt at adding "Sparkle" from https://www.tweaking4all.com/hardware/arduino/adruino-led-strip-effects/#LEDStripEffectSparkle
Added Sparkle, Color Wipe and Confetti modes.

The modes look great! There are a few merge conflicts however since there have been a few additions to the code since you forked the code. Could you possibly pull the latest master branch into your branch and update the pull request. I just don't have the time at the moment to manage conflicts. |

Ah, no worries. I am also relatively new and still trying to find the easiest and best way to do things on GitHub. I may be able to have a look at this on the weekend, see if there is a solution. |
