Show picture from clipboard before sending

Expected Behavior

When Ctrl+Ving an image it is possible to see the image, which is to be sent, before it is actually sent.

Current Behavior

I am pasting the image "blindly", i.e. I cannot see it before actually sending it.
So users could actually accidentally sent the wrong image or - in case you used a screenshot tool - more than they expected. So this is also a privacy-concern…

Possible Solution

Show the image in the usual popup where you can also add the description.
