Update all devDependencies.

Keep grunt at v0.4.5 due to some of the devDependencies not being updated for grunt 1.x.

So the problematic deps are

  • grunt-csscomb
  • grunt-saucelabs

and grunt-contrib-qunit which any version newer than 0.7.0 results in test failures in tooltip.

On a side note, @cvrebert do you know what's up with Hound?

I assume Hound's backend is experiencing some problem.
