If the width and height of the image doesn't equal, use percentage will get an ellipse instead of circle.

@liuyl If height is not equal to width, image border-radius set in percents look different http://codepen.io/neilhem/pen/uAjny. But class "img-circle" does not mean that you set image height and width are equal to make a circle?
