This is the first release of tmpl 🥳

No major changes have been made in the past few months and tmpl has continued to be used across multiple projects such as torque. I think it is stable enough to release as-is and support many use cases!

The next major release of tmpl will include an HTML parser, so the tmpl.AnalysisHelper utilities can be upgraded to support all three aspects of a template: Go types, Go template syntax, HTML syntax.
