Java 8 provide Unsigned methods for the Integer and Long class but has no way to distinguish between an unsigned and signed number as there is no different way to declare them,the results could be confusing. When using the signedness checker, the default type is signed,if we need to work with unsigned numbers we need to change it's type, it makes very easy for the users to work with as compared to Java 8 methods. The Signedutil class has number of methods that deal with unsigned numbers and the methods are properly annotated which requires less programmer's effort.
