Question

My storage is still full after I deleted my dataset and make trash tab empty.
I found some answers in github that clearing storage takes time, but I don't think I have to wait more than 24 hrs.
How long does it take to restore the storage?

@rumjie i understand your concern about your storage. When you delete data, it does indeed take a while for the storage to be cleared. The duration can vary depending on the size of the data and other system-specific factors. However, it is unusual for the process to take more than 24 hours.

You might want to try logging out and logging back in to see if this refreshes your storage status. Alternatively, you might be encountering a delay or error with the storage management system. Unfortunately, as a programmer, I can't personally handle this issue and you should reach out to the Ultralytics HUB support team directly for technical problems.

Remember, always ensure you have a backup of your data before deleting anything to avoid any data losses. The Ultralytics team continuously works to enhance the user experience and your feedback is essential in doing so. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

@rumjie Can you send me a link to one of your models so that I can find your account and look into what is going on?

@kalenmike Here the link - https://hub.ultralytics.com/models/L2m9Xa4mR14xfy2b8GYK

But I don't think this link will not happen, let me add explanation for situation at this point, because some of my storage was restored after I logged out and log in again.

  1. Last month I added about 5GB dataset (dataset no.1)
  2. I deleted all dataset and models with dataset no.1 the day before yesterday, but storage was still 5GB full
  3. I uploaded 11GB dataset (dataset no.2)
  4. As dataset no.2 contained wrong label so I deleted this afternoon and my storage was about 16GB full
  5. From now on my storage is 5GB, which seems like dataset no.2 was deleted sucessfully but dataset no.1 lookes like still alive

The link I gave you is model using dataset no.2 so that's why I mentioned the link won't help.
Sadly I deleted all projects and models about dataset no.1 as it was sample for testing, so it would be helpful to know what's happening about 5GB.

Many thanks for quick reply!
