Cannot clear storage on Hub #500

It seems there might be a delay or issue with the storage update after you deleted your datasets. Although you've already emptied the trash, the changes might not have been reflected immediately. Here's what you can do to help resolve the issue:
If none of these steps correct the storage tracker, then it's likely a bug that needs to be addressed by our team. In that case, I'd recommend submitting this issue directly through our dedicated support system with screenshots and a detailed description, if you haven't already done so. @Fistcar We are having difficulty tracking down your account. Can you provide me with your HUB email address or the ID of one your datasets. The id can be found in the URL when entering a dataset. |

Hi, Since multiple people have this issue the problem is clearly not resolved. Do you plan to clear storage for everyone manually? |

I was getting close to my 20GB free limit on the hub. I deleted around 10gb of datasets to free up space, but the storage tracker says I am still using 16.5GB of space. I emptied the trash. Unless there is something I am missing, I cannot clear any of the storage I've used to upload different datasets. I deleted the datasets days ago, but nothing has changed.

Below are the two datasets I left in the hub, I deleted the others but the storage tracker never goes down, I tried to upload 5GB of images but the Hub tells me I am out of space.
