What this PR does / why we need it
This PR upgrades imgpkg to the latest version. It includes changes in the code to support the latest imgpkg API. Additionally replaces ggcr dependency github.com/google/go-containerregistry/pkg/authn/k8schain v0.0.0-20220105220605-d9bfbcb99e52 with latest supported package github.com/google/go-containerregistry/pkg/authn/kubernetes v0.0.0-20221113172233-9e939fbf5b59
