[Keymap] Added my own keymap folder (qmk#6261)

* added iris rev 3 keymap

* stuff

* Update config.h

* Removed personal mapping folder so that I can branch it

* Added personal Iris keymap folder

* added enums, removed break after return, and removed line 3 of keymap.c

* removed process record function
