Change Release Clause value to 1$ script description

DESCRIPTION: This script will change release clause of all players that got an release clause and are on your shortlist in transfer hub. If player doesn't have any release clause then nothing will happen.

HOW TO USE:

1. Add player(s) with release clause to your shortlist in game
2. Activate script
3. In game go to Transfer Hub and enter shortlist
4. Done, all players that got previous release clause got new release clause set at $1.
