This software is a GPS tracker device emulator which sending data by Wialon IPS protocol, developed in Gurtam. This protocol was developed as simple but powerful protocol for transferring generic location and sensors data from GPS tracker device.
Emulator allows you to send location/sensors, text and image messages to monitoring system like Wialon to test its ability to manipulate and handle location data - with sensors, notifications, reports - and configure all of this stuff.
Also it may help with understanding the Wialon IPS protocol for developers of GPS tracker devices.
