Bug Description

Like the title suggests they don't render, simar to the #457 but are not fixed with #1019. Affect all FMV including the intro. Ingame cutscenes are affected

Expected Behavior

Should be able to see the cutscenes

Can confirm the issue is still present w/ Cold Fear. 3800x / rtx3080
