Allows specifying a .tgz file as a project dependency. These will be resolved against the workspace directory (a parent directory containing a .yarn.workspace file) instead of the current directory.

Thanks, @ntkoopman for making an effort and submitting the PR. I'll close this PR as I think workspaces should supersede it. |
