Description

Use Webpack and Karma instead of Gluejs. Add support for es* transformations via Babel.

Other stuff:

  • Added browserslist to specify browser support

Risks

  • [high] Build output may differ from pre-es6 version. This is the new Webpack 3, and it has a new feature I've enabled to hoist common code as an optimisation.
