Lint for checking that Subject RNDs appear in the expected order per CABF BR 7.1.4.2 - available or in progress?

Hi all,
would like to know if it already exists, or is in progress, a lint for checking that Subject attributes (RDNs) appear in the "relative order" prescribed by CABF BR section 7.1.4.2 Subject Attribute Encoding).

Well, anyway since I was ready with my own implementation, I just opened a PR (813) for this purpose.
