Currently, compilation flags can't be configured from mbed-cli.
We want to use compilation flags like:
-Werror, -Wextra,
-Wpointer-arith, -Wcast-align, -Wwrite-strings, -Wswitch-default, -Winit-self, -Wfatal-errors, -Wunreachable-code, -Wlogical-op, -Wmissing-field-initializers, -Wundef, -Wno-unknown-pragmas
