Updated main.py to work with current vrchat haptics osc
And Added my arduino vest controller code

Hi! Thanks for the contribution and fixes to the original code, and sorry I took a while to look at it. I would be happy to merge with the changes to the original main.py & related changes, but the addition of ESP32 support is outside the scope of this project. So I'll close this request for now.
You're more than welcome to continue that on your own fork, but I'll only be accepting contributions that help maintain this project as it is right now. (Basically because I've already got a whole other thing cooking ;D)
Go ahead and open another pull request with just the patches if you like, and I'll see to making the previous point clearer for everyone else in the future.
