Hi @malvikasharan - I really like the restorative justice approach.

Section 16.1 outlines steps taken after a resolution with the reportee has been agreed, but should we think about including a section if a resolution can't be agreed?

@arronlacey I realised that we did not discuss this part in #3:

Section 16.1 outlines steps taken after a resolution with the reportee has been agreed, but should we think about including a section if a resolution can't be agreed?

Let's discuss this in #3 and made changes directly?
