Solution to issue cannot be found in the documentation.
I checked the documentation.
Issue
libsdformat was a real package until libsdformat 9, and then it has been substiuted by libsdformat10, libsdformat11, libsdformat12 . In some case it is useful to have a dependency on a generic version of sdformat, so it could be useful to have a libsdformat package on which to depend. If this works fine, we can extend it to other gz packages.
