Issue #1208 provides a suggested update to the .my section and a link to the updated list of namespace available. The (IANA listed registration authority is for .my)[https://www.iana.org/domains/root/db/my.html] shows mynic.my as the authoritative registry. The link to the list of registerable extensions furnished in issue #1208 is from mynic.my and it adds biz.my This pr revises the .my section in the following ways: - adds biz.my - sorts the existing sld entries to conform with updated sorting standards - updates the listed entity header from mynic.net.my to the mynic.my - adds link to the namespace definitions

Each domain listed in the PRIVATE section has and shall maintain at least two years remaining on registration.
Description of Organization
Organization Website: mynic
I am one of the PSL maintainer volunteers, taking issue #1208 and actioning the suggested edit to the legacy entry.
Reason for PSL Inclusion
This updates the .my ccTLD within the ICANN section to add .biz.my and sort the existing entries to conform to new sorting standards we've implimented since the legacy entry was added.
DNS Verification via dig
Requesting DNS Verification be set aside as we are updating the entry for a legacy entry to align it with the registry listed information that is verifiably listed at the authoritative registry listed with the IANA.
