  1. Update .my in ICANN section 

    Issue #1208 provides a suggested update to the .my section and a link to the updated list of namespace available.

The (IANA listed registration authority is for .my)[https://www.iana.org/domains/root/db/my.html] shows mynic.my as the authoritative registry.

The link to the list of registerable extensions furnished in issue #1208 is from mynic.my and it adds biz.my 

This pr revises the .my section in the following ways:

- adds biz.my
- sorts the existing sld entries to conform with updated sorting standards
- updates the listed entity header from mynic.net.my to the mynic.my
- adds link to the namespace definitions
