@Zac-HD, I assume it's generally safe to merge these version bumps as long as the CI passes on the PR? :)

Yep!

You can check the changelog if you want to; the two notable changes here are enabling the explain phase (which reports extra information on test failure), and quietly deprecating old whitelist/blacklist argument names (I don't think CPython is affected, but there's a codemod to autoupdate too).
