Problem: Installed latest Sandboxie Portable in "C:\Tools\Sandboxie-Plus". Ran SbieCtrl.exe. The tray icon is reporting an error: SBIE2331 Service start failed: [22 / 1060] The specified service does not exist as an installed service.
