在这个位置添加大量解释会造成UI混乱，我并不建议这么做。
Add so long descrytpion here will cause UI mess,I really don't advise to do this.

If you are going to do that,you should add a Lable in the UI File,instead of modify the text on only a CheckBox.

但在 Windows Vista 及之后，高级用户/Power Users 用户组仅存在于 Windows 专业版，并且它只拥有 Users 用户组的权限，所以提权后其可操作的权限没有变化，只是仅仅被系统标记为提升权限。而且当这样的进程创建其他进程时不会出现提升权限的 UAC 提示。因此原来需要管理员权限的程序也可以在此用户组中受限运行。）</translation>
