MPI Sessions working group wiki

This working group was created to continue the discussions surrounding the ideas initially presented at the February 2016 MPI Forum meeting in Chicago, IL, USA.

The first version of sessions is included as part of the MPI 4 Standard - https://www.mpi-forum.org/docs/mpi-4.0/mpi40-report.pdf

Sessions functionality as defined in the MPI 4.0 standard is available in the MPICH 4 release stream, and in the Open MPI 5.0.0 release.

Some unit tests are available at https://github.com/open-mpi/ompi-tests-public/tree/master/sessions. The mpi4py also contains a number of sessions test written using the MPI4PY variant of MPI.

A version of the OSU benchmarks which includes sessions variants of some of the tests is available here: https://github.com/hppritcha/osu-microbenchmarks-sessions.
