Howard asks Dan if he could do a reading of PR 973/issue 850 at the September Forum. Dan's not sure if he or Maria will be attending for Intel, but he is willing to read it. Questionable whether there will be a quorum to make it worth reading.
Discuss semantics of sessions init. Connection initiation is okay but can't block waiting for activity by other some other process to return. Sonja says the clarification to the standard is very useful. MPICH refactoring needed for session init.
