Aurelian says en entry should be added in the errata log not the change log - normally Bill does this.
Discuss what default error handlr means? Aurelian says this term is not well defined/ambiguous. Tony says this is a good chance to clean up the document in this area. Dan would like to use the "default" term but does need explicit definition.
Is the text in section 9.3 sufficient? Should we remove the text in parantheses? Dan would like to rework. Aurelian pointed out it took quite a while to come to consensus on this wording.
The group also discussed shadow/implicit association of groups and communicators with sessions. Need to check the wording concerning requests and if there's such language associating them with communicators.
Perhaps for now just rework yet again the wording in the PR and forward reference section 9.3?
