Static Pages

All static pages work whether logged in or not

Select the About page by clicking the About link on the top right of the page
- Test all hyperlinks throughout the text on the page to confirm they are working
Select the Help page by clicking the Help link on the top right of the page
- Test all hyperlinks throughout the text on the page to confirm they are working
Select the Contact page by clicking the Contact link on the top right of the page
- Test all hyperlinks on the page to confirm they are working
- Test the Contact Form, fill in all fields:
  - Select an Issue Type
  - Enter your name
    - if you are logged in this should be filled in automatically
  - Enter your email
    - if you are logged in this should be filled in automatically
  - Enter a subject
  - Enter a message
  - Click the ReCAPTCHA box
  - Click Send
- Test the Contact Form ReCAPTCHA:
  - Do as above, but do not check the ReCAPTCHA box
  - Click Send
  - Verify you are redirected back to the form with the flash message: reCAPTCHA verification failed, please try again.
Once sent you will (as tester) receive an email from ServiceNow
- log in to ServiceNow and verify there is an open issue
- resolve the issue
