not opening any OS in macbook air 2013

I know Ventoy works since I was able to open it in my PC, but it just failed in opening macbook air.

Actually, mac machine is not fully supported.
Because I don't have any mac machine and never test Ventoy on any mac machine.

Late 2014 Apple Mac mini is the best solution for compatibility with latest macOS -- 11.1 Big Sur.
